Other Information: This song is also used in Sonic & Knuckles. However, since there are more MIDIs of it in the Sonic 3 index, I decided to upload it under that title.
This song was a bit tricky because of the tempo change. I had to create an apparent change in tempo by streching out the notes. What sounds like 4 beats in the first part of the song is actually 6. The song also had a bit of weird timing in the middle.
Overall, though, I think the MIDI turned out great and quite true to the original.
