This music goes to the first boss of the game, Polly Pirate.  The pitch bends are best heard with a wavetable MIDI synthesis; with General MIDI, they can't go as high. (Note: I DID NOT DOWNLOAD THIS. I went through the pain of sequencing it myself. ;)
