It does sound pretty quiet overall. Perhaps I had the volume too low, although it was peaking at 0.0... so. hmm.. maybe I could have cranked the volume up a bit. It's a hard thing to judge.

Sure thing.

Had some problems recording this one, the end seemed to get stuck in both XGEdit and Winamp (no idea why.) Sequencer was fine, though I did notice some detuning on the guitar (intentional?) Hopefully there are no other issues.

The guitar at 0m42s sounds fine, but the part at 1m25s is indeed very detuned (the C8 played by the strings sounds sharp, too). This was not intentional, though my guess is that the wheel didn't reset properly after the windchime bit that starts at 1m04s. Could you possibly look into this and try to fix that, please? It would be very appreciated. :)

EDIT: I made some changes to the MIDI (fixed a few things on the bass and keyboard, plus the playback getting "stuck" at the end), so I'd be grateful if you could use this version instead. Thanks!

I'd like to request this original I completed a few weeks back. There was another version newer than this but the people I ran it by didn't like certain things and I ended up messing up one of the channels so this version is the one I'd like done.

Shock: http://www.shakal.net/lunar/temp/MU100/ ... tions1.mp3

the problem with the distorted guitar was still in the updated midi as well. it's cuz the final pitch bend event was set to 69; I've fixed it for the recording, but ideally these issues should be fixed before sending it/asking for it to be recorded so that I don't have to record it twice (unless it's an unforeseeable problem caused by using a different device. in this case, it isn't - or did you not hear the wonky pitch using the softsynth?)

also, if i didn't say it before, i really like the track!

had to turn my module down for this one :D

Absolutely. I love that track and your sequence of it \o/ though I'm not confident it came out perfectly. Take a listen and let me know (and let me know if you want any others recorded):

Teck: cool. I gotta check out that OST some time. I thought I had already but I don't remember hearing that.

I just checked my copy of the MIDI, and the final pitch wheel event value for the guitar track was definitely a "0". That's weird. Anyway, thanks for recording a new MP3.

I like how mine came out, by the by. I appreciate it tons. It's alot more clear, like, for some reason recording in SYXG50 leaves some static or something.

Okay last time I swear~
Just curious if the MU100 can emulate what I did with the Reverse Cymbal patch in XG.
(That was a stupid question, it probably can)
