^bump^

No one wants to give me any suggestions, comments, critique of my MIDI?

I also wanted to ask, how do you get approved for a MIDI to be added to the archive? I've submitted a few files and some of them did get added.

As a suggestion: You might get more feedback if you put a link to a youtube video of the original track under your midi link, so people can more easily compare the two. People are just lazy like that these days, so you gotta do a little extra work sometimes to get a response.

The original here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gNaahr-w ... re=related

I have also been working on the MIDI a little bit to fix up some parts.

Hey man I heard it. I"m a huge fan of this song and definitely my favorite in Pokemon Heartgold and Soulsilver. That beat with the strings is definitely something that makes this song really addicting, catchy, and kinda intense in it's own way.

I think you did an excellent job with it. you did a good job mocking the sound and I hear extra sound effects which sound pretty cool, though i'm not sure if the song itself had that but that extra addon (if you wanted to add it for fun) was really cool!

I'm not a sequencer or a composer, so probably someone will give a better answer, but as a huge fan of video game music I think you did a great job!!

Update on it! I used the actual MIDI rip from the game as a reference guide and fixed up my MIDI a lot. Here's the result. http://www.vgmusic.com/new-files/PKM_HG ... eme_V2.mid

No, that MIDI is not a rip, it's my MIDI still but I used the rip as a guide. It's the same MIDI that I uploaded at first but updated.

Oh I see. Sorry about that. I misunderstood what you said. That makes a lot more sense.
