ZOMG!! Sum1 stol'd my MIDI

I have actually been around VG Music a long time. (1999+)i forgot my old email password and all (ultimaOmega@hotmail.com) but i still posted a few songs.
Recently I was searching for some good sounding songs (i do try to compliment people when i hear good ones) when i picked up a Cut Man Midi from the Newly Submitted Files.
I gave it my Ear and Something didn't seem right.. no i didn't think it sucked.. it sounded familiar. So, I pulled out my own Cutman Midi (aka. Cut.mid, its already on here been here a while now.) and guess what. THAT GUY STOLE MAH MIDI, all he did was change the instruments and deleted the first couple of measures of the Drum Channel. I tried to be civil about it and email him but the email is fake! I tried to report it but i never got an answer. Maybe i reported it to the wrong person or something but i'm not going to let him steal mine or anyone's music we work our butts off to make!!
Long story short kindly direct me to proper reporting about files adjusted and posted against original sequencer's permission

can you link to the file you're talking about? there are actually four cut man files in the new-files and i don't want to take a guess at which you mean (the dr. fruitcake one is very clearly plagiarised/not him though.)
