Quick update -- had to do this one -- and this also adds another SNES-instrument set to this gallery, VGMusic folks.

As we know, ever since we've gotten the inside scoop on how to get SNES-instrument sets together, a few of us wanted to get after Konami's set created for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 4: Turtles in Time. Well, I've managed to do just that -- which brings me to this:

Using that same set, I snagged the chance to do an SNES-style arrangement of the main menu music heard for Mario Sports Mix! Took me almost a day and a half to get this right for you all to check out. You can give a listen to it at this link.

All right; later, everyone!

Haha. The "hey" sample is pretty cool. It seems rather overused, though. I'm digging the bass.

New update, everyone! This time it once again targets the musical score of Mario Kart Wii, and the SNES-style arrangements one again use the instrument set of Konami's Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster Busts Loose! game. The latest arrangements are as follows:

Wario's Gold Mine
Koopa Cape - Version 1 (Main)
Koopa Cape - Version 2 (Rapids)
Koopa Cape - Version 3 (Underwater)

Obviously, for the Koopa Cape SNES-style arrangements, the short "intro section" is the same for all three versions. All right; hope you like these latest additions, everyone!

Two new additions, everyone -- one is from Mario Kart Wii and this other one is from the Wii version of Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games. Check these out:

For Mario Kart Wii: Bowser's Castle (Super Castlevania 4 Arrangement)
* Note that as of today, the Super Castlevania 4 SNES instrument set is the newest set to be used for this gallery as well!

For Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games (Wii version): Ski Cross (Spider-Man & The X-Men: Arcade's Revenge Arrangement)

The second one is one of my personal favorites, and you'll find out why. And it's not just for the song itself. All right; enjoy, everyone!

Whoa, it's been a few months and no news on this gallery yet? Well, it's time to fix that as we get 2012 rolling for this gallery of mine.

First, I'm here to announce that I have started work on doing SNES-style music arrangements from Mario Kart 7! The targets in question, you ask? Well, that's a secret... for now. But do look forward to what I plan to put up in the next update once the job is finished.

Second, I have decided to get back on the LiveJournal scene again, so I'm also going to be placed my "Mario Music SNES Arrangement Gallery" efforts there too. If any of you have a LJ account, let me know via PM so that I can give you the details on where you can find me and my entries on there, especially in relation to this gallery. Reason being is that I'm also planning on doing LJ "exclusives" that I can't reveal yet, especially here.

But back to the first announcement, do look forward to hearing SNES-style arrangement stuff targeting the Mario Kart 7 musical score! I'm enjoying every minute of doing this as I write this post. Later, everyone!

Can you please make Super Mario 3D Land SNES Arrangement? also, Can you add Mario Superstar Baseball, Mario Power Tennis, Mario Tennis Power Tour, Super Mario Strikers, Mario Party 6-8, and Mario Strikers Charged to your list? plus, Any instruments from any SNES/Super Famicom games you want to add on your list? If so, just do it. If not, I'm going to make Sonic music SNES Arrangement, starting with "Sonic 1" music using the instrument set of Konami's Tokimeki Memorial: Densetsu no Ki no Shita de.

Whoa, that's a lot of targets! There's no guarantee that I'll do all of what you listed! :P But at least it's great to know someone else here also appreciates the SNES-style approaches that I'm taking on this thing.

Okay, with that said -- it's time to finally place in my first update of this year for the gallery -- and with good reason too. This batch targets the musical score of... as I said earlier... Mario Kart 7! As you can tell, the majority of what's in this batch uses the SNES instrument set of Konami's Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster Busts Loose!. Others have used the set of the SNES version of Spider-Man & The X-Men: Arcade's Revenge, while one uses the instrument set of Bugs Bunny: Rabbit Rampage. But enough explanation - it's time to get to the goods!

"Mario Kart 7" Theme Song (Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster Busts Loose! Arrangement)
Single Player Setup (Part 1: Mode Select) (Spider-Man & The X-Men: Arcade's Revenge (SNES Version) Arrangement)
Single Player Setup (Part 2: Driver Select/Kart Setup) (Spider-Man & The X-Men: Arcade's Revenge (SNES Version) Arrangement)
Single Player Setup (Part 3: Course Selection) (Spider-Man & The X-Men: Arcade's Revenge (SNES Version) Arrangement)
Toad Circuit/Mario Circuit (Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster Busts Loose! Arrangement)
Daisy Hills (Bugs Bunny: Rabbit Rampage Arrangement)
Music Park (Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster Busts Loose! Arrangement)
Rock Rock Mountain (Spider-Man & The X-Men: Arcade's Revenge (SNES Version) Arrangement)
Piranha Plant Slide (Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster Busts Loose! Arrangement)
Wario Shipyard (Spider-Man & The X-Men: Arcade's Revenge (SNES Version) Arrangement)
Neo Bowser City (Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster Busts Loose! Arrangement)
Race Results (Satisfactory) (Spider-Man & The X-Men: Arcade's Revenge (SNES Version) Arrangement)

Hope you love these takes, all; my top personal favorites from this batch are the Piranha Plant Slide music, and the Mario Kart 7 title theme song. Take care 'til next update!

Maybe, you should upload all of them to mediafire.

I'd like to listen to some of these, but I don't have an account with 4shared. T~T

Maybe you should follow Alveinhero's suggestion and post to Mediafire.

Uh... you two should have just replied to the PM I sent regarding said matter.

To the others -- the issue that I'm referring to is true -- the host for these files in general (4shared) changed their file access priveleges to which account holders only can obtain said files that are hosted on their servers. I find this to be an outrage as well and am working on a possible solution -- I'm almost at a breakthrough in terms of which file host to create an account on next.

I'll keep you posted on when I have managed to finish this task; if there are any files that you still are interested in checking out from this gallery, please don't hesitate to send me a PM about it. I also have a temporary file hosting account that I can use to fulfill said requests when I get to them.

I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience to you all.

That's okay. Take your time. Oh! and be sure to make some SNES Arrangements of Mario Tennis Open music.

^ That's if I find that the Mario Tennis Open music has some addictive musical scores for me to make such attempts. Not to mention that my other gripe is that if I'm not mistaken, that game itself does not have a sound test per se, and there isn't any option to turn the sound effects off! Really lame...

Anyway, with that said, got some great news to report to all of you watchers of this gallery -- I have recently made a decision on my newest file host and am currently transferring files to over there. This means that once the process has completed, the existing file links (on the main topic starters at least) will be changed within the next one to two days, and more importantly, the 4shared file links will not be active anymore after this, since the files will be deleted from their servers.

Regardless, I seriously can NOT wait to finally get this done because I definitely want to get back into some more SNES-style arrangement action using the ModPlug Tracker utility. As I write this, I'm currently in the decision process on which modern Mario musical scores to target next (which is still top secret for not).

I'll keep you all posted and let you know when the file links have been updated; to those who have replied to the thread so far, I'll send a group PM your way notifying you folks of said change as well. Take care for now, everyone!

Quick news update -- just snagged the chance to let all you watchers of this gallery know that the file links in the topic starter have now changed from 4shared to Opendrive (which is the new file host I chose from here on out). So the files themselves are ready for your downloading and listening enjoyment, include the recent additions I did a few months back doing SNES-style music arrangements of the Mario Kart 7 musical score.

I'm still in the planning stages on my next targets; hopefully, I'll get on a roll with them soon. Take care until then, all!

Uh, I haven't made any final decisons yet as to if I'm going to target anything from the Mario Tennis Open musical score. Even if I did plan to do so, I need to hear the musical score itself first to see if I get an arrangement style idea.

Plus, I still have somewhat of a backlog to deal with first, but I can't disclose details about them at this time (but it's still in relation to this gallery).
