I see midis for every city in Pokemon Black on VGMusic and White except for the famous Castelia City... Can someone make a midi for that too??

There's 2, actually. You just have to search under it's Japanese name, Hiun City

I searched just "Pokemon" and those two didn't come up under that search... but anyway, thanks...
