I've never played Mario Party 2 (I keep playing Mario to myself) but when I heard Dr. Fruitcake's MIDI of Look Away, I heard the sound effect.
I thought I'd try to transcribe it in MIDI.

Also, does the Lose-a-Life sound effect remind you of the one in Sega Rally Championship, when you pause?
