Other Information: Written for SC-55mkII module.  Uses GS messages, but should fall back gracefully on GM devices.

Note: GS SysEx WILL override patch selection, this is to fix the Orchestra (Prog. 49, Bank 8) patch being exceedingly stupid sounding on the SBLive default 4MB font.  Devices that do not read GS SysEx will use String Ensemble 1 (Prog. 49, Bank 0) instead.
