So yeah while making my Battle Network rendition of Sheep Man's stage (which involved me ripping all the instrument samples from the BN2 rom) I stumbled across the drum loop that plays in the first part of the title theme.  Then I wondered, HMM GEE THIS WOULD SOUND PRETTY BOSS IN MIDI

So I had fun with FL Studio and made the loop.  Then I realized I should just make a midi of the whole song because the hard part was already done and Heatman's midi is...euueueuehghghg..
Completed this in...about 2 and a half hours.

Did most of it by ear, had to reference Heatman's midi for some parts I couldn't exactly transcribe by ear.
Capcom owns Megaman, Megaman.exe, the Battle Network series, etc
