Well, read the channels of this MIDI to know the history, this was the music intended for Dust Hill Zone, a desert zone that never got completed, and in the S2 Beta released in public features Mystic Cave Zone being placed under Dust Hill's name, but still, the desert music is there, without any use, because Oil Ocean Zone was using Casino Night 2P Music (which fits a LOT more IMO)
